- 4:45pm Registration desk open for Executive Reception (by invite only) sponsored by AMPAERO located by the grand ball room
- 5:30pm Registration desk open for General Reception by grand ball room (Dress code casual)
- 7:00pm Dinner sponsored by Unifi
- Online Auction Continues(opening July 11th - sending link to everyone who provided email or cell phone)
- 7:30pm Online auction closes
- 9:00pm Check-Out and pick up auction items

- 6:00am-8:00am Bloody Mary Bar product donated by Titos

- 7:15am Mega Putt chance to win $100 (Included with Access Pass - write name on ball)
- 7:30am Morning shotgun begins
- 8:00am-7:00pm Team Photos located by Turnberry(close to check-in area) sponsored by ATS
- 12:00pm Registration desk open for afternoon golf (transportation not provided)
- 12:00pm-2:30pm Lunch for all golfers (location in white tent by practice facility)
- 12:00pm-2:30pm Vodka Lemonade Drinks provided by Heritage Distillery and cans of Mango Margarita, Lime Margarita & Bloody Mary provided by Zing Zang
- 1:00pm-3:00pm Ice-cream truck sponsored by API (located by white tent and practice facility)
- 1:00pm-3:00pm Lumberjack Popcorn truck - grab a bag and take with you - This is Desiree's favorite popcorn (located by white tent and practice facility)
