About Us

The Employee Assistance Fund is run by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of Alaska Airline employees. The EAF is not part of Alaska Airlines or Alaska Air Group, it is a separate non-profit organization. This 501 (c) (3) fund was started by Alaska Captain Al Brunelle. He wanted to help fellow employees who were suffering financial hardship due to medical or catastrophic events.
